The Embassy wishes to inform the public that applications for 9(a) Temporary Visitor’s Visa can be made via the Online Visa Appointment System (OVAS). OVAS can be accessed at www.visa.gov.ph. Applicants should follow the instructions on the website to submit an INITIAL application. Applicants should take note of the following important reminders:

• Submitting the application form through the website does NOT mean that the visa is already in process.
• After submitting the visa application in OVAS, applicants are advised to send the following documents to the Embassy’s email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for pre-assessment:

(a) signed OVAS-generated application form;

(b) passport data page; and

(c) other visa requirements.

• The information entered on the website will appear on their visa applications, and cannot be edited by Embassy staff. Therefore, they should ensure that all information they input is accurate. If some details are incorrect, applicants are advised to submit another application.
