Only registered voters in the CLOV will be allowed to vote during the 2025 Philippine National and Local Elections. Overseas Absentee Voting registration ended on 30 September, 2024. Referenced in the following link is the Notice by the Commission on Elections:

IMPORTANT DATES AND VENUE
For Lebanon, the overseas voting period will begin on 13 April 2025 (Sunday) to 12 May 2025 (Monday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Philippine Embassy in Baabda, Mt. Lebanon. (Note: the 12 May 2025 schedule will be at 9:00 am-2:00 noon only)
The Embassy will continue to provide updates for the upcoming elections.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9189, as amended by RA No. 10590 (An Act Amending Republic Act No. 9189, Entitled "An Act Providing for a System of Overseas Absentee Voting by Qualified Citizens of the Philippines Abroad, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes"), otherwise known as the Overseas Voting Act of 2013 (OVA), Philippine embassies abroad are required to post the CLOV on their premises.
All authorized recipients of any personal data, personal information, privileged information and sensitive personal information contained in these documents, including other pertinent documents attached thereto that are shared by the Commission on Elections in compliance with the existing laws and rules, and in conformity with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173) and its implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as the pertinent Circulars of the National Privacy Commission, are similarly bound to comply with the said laws, rules and regulations, relating to data privacy, security, confidentiality, protection and accountability.
