Messages from the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Enrique A. Manalo and H.E. Ambassador Raymond R. Balatbat reminded everyone of Rizal’s sacrifices in uplifting the lives of the Filipino people.
With the theme of this year’s celebration, “Alaalang Iningatan, Yaman Ngayon ng Bayan”, Dr. Jose Rizal left us with memories that are to be treasured: lessons from the past that continue to inspire us in the present as we strive to serve the Filipino people wherever we are.
