06 February 2017 – In oneness with the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), the Philippine Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon marked the 21st Autism Consciousness Week, from 05-11 February 2017 during the traditional Flag Ceremony on Monday, 06 February 2016.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Assistance to National Officer Julie Rose Pasco led everyone in reciting the oath entitled “1Pangako” (One Promise), which calls on the Filipino society to give utmost understanding, caring and sensitivity to persons with this type of disability. END
